Oodles of Doodles: Watercolor Art Camp 🎨💦
Come one, come all, come splash, drip, and doodle!
To Oodles of Doodles! (Yes—oodles and oodles!)
Where young artists dive into color and ink,
Swish, swoosh, and splatter faster than you can think!
They’ll paint bright and bold with a tip and a tap,
Add doodles and details—zap! zip! zap!
Turn puddles of color and watery swirls
Into whimsical wonders and expressive twirls.
They’ll make lots of paintings—small, mighty, and neat,
Then head home with a kit that just can’t be beat!
A travel watercolor set all their own,
So the art fun continues wherever they roam.
**Special Note, Lone Tree Elementary will be undergoing some major construction work this summer.

Aspiring Artists and Reading Tree merge to offer students a unique opportunity this summer! This three-hour session gives students entering Kindergarten at Lone Tree Elementary the chance to participate in a get ready for school academic session with Reading Tree and a creative Art session each day for the week. Ease early anxiety for your kiddo by enrolling them in this unique opportunity to get to know two LTE teachers, Mrs. Lee and Mrs. Hodges, and meet a ton of new friends.We call this dynamic duo Books and Brushes Jr!

Painting with New Friends
This is a shorter 1.5 hour camp where Incoming Kindergartener Aspiring Artists get to come to camp to work on a fun painting masterpiece, while being creative with other students and make some new connections! This shorter session gives students entering Kindergarten at Lone Tree Elementary, the chance to participate in a creative session each day for the week. Ease early anxiety for your kiddo by enrolling them in this unique opportunity to get to know the LTE art teacher Mrs. Hodges and make some new friends before school even starts!

Campers will learn fun watercolor techniques, experiment with bright, vibrant paints, and discover how they can interact with their own watercolor paintings by adding imaginative doodles—transforming washes of color into fun, whimsical, and expressive works of art. These artists will also get their own travel watercolor set to take home!
